After Joanna got out of work, we walked to the Highbridge – a newly re-opened pedestrian walkway that spans from Manhattan to Brooklyn.

Later on that night we made a Cheddar Apple Spring Green Almond Mixed Salad with a Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.

Taiwanese breakfast at Nan Xiang Dumpling House and a brief walk around Flushing (aka mini-Taiwan).

After breakfast we traveled down to the Flatiron area for bubble tea at Comebuy (because that location is much better!)

A quick bite at Bonchon Chicken was next on the list – Korean wings are tasty! Bonchon is right under the Empire State Building.
